Mix meatloaf ingredients and pack into a greased loaf tin. Bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour. Drain off liquid and turn loaf onto a wire cake rack over a baking dish. Combine glaze sauces and spread over meatloaf. Return to oven and bake a further 30 minutes.
If you have some peas or carrot you want to use up, grate carrot into the mixture, or add peas.
