Mary Warner's Ice Cream
- 500g (1 pound) of fruit. Blueberries and raspberries are good. Don't use strawberries or citrus.
- 500g (1 pound) of icing sugar
- 500g (1 pound) double cream, whipped
- 1 good tablespoon (20mL) of liqueur or brandy.
- Liquidise fruit
- Sieve icing sugar
- Add alcohol
- Mix together
- Place in a 1 pound loaf tin lined with cling film
- Freeze
- Serve with mixed berries
