Basic Fruit Crumble Mixture

Combine flour and butter - rub in gently with fingertips. When crumbly, add sugar

Sprinkle mixture over fruit. Place fairly high in oven. Bake for 30-40 minutes, or until top is brown.

Place tin under dish (ie. on lower shelf) as fruit tends to bubble out and drip, making a mess in the oven.
